Of a lovely lady, who was bringing up one daughter and six businesses. Okay not exactly the lyrics to the Brady Bunch song but, they are the lyrics to my life right now. I don’t usually get to personal however, it occurred to me, if you’re going to trust me with marketing your business, it might not hurt to get to know me a little better. So, here’s the real story, from earlier today.
If you’re a work-from-home parent who only utilizes daycare part-time you can probably identify with this. I spent the day juggling my one-year old and all her antics and activities, washed about a zillion sippy cups (or so it seemed), squeezed in a workout, conference call and a solid hour and a half of work at my computer during nap time, made breakfast, snack, lunch, another snack and dinner and by 5:30 hit. a. wall.
Most nights however, I’m rescued by my prince charming who excels at daddy duties. By 6:15 I was back at my desk. I finished a marketing plan for my newest client and oh yeah, that wall? It disappeared. It’s currently 7:17 and I’m fully immersed in my work and pumping out content like a victorious warrior.
The only logical explanation I have for this is, job satisfaction. I love what I do. I hope someday I get to do it for you.
