Below are the 19 questions I ask new clients. You might be shocked at how many business owners can’t answer, don’t know the answers, or simply don’t have access to the answers to these questions. Luckily, that’s where I come in. As a marketing consultant I over see these areas of your business. Who's your primary and secondary target market? Describe them in detail. Where do they eat, and shop, what radio stations do they listen to, magazines do they read, apps do they use and what do they think about and how to they feel about the industry your brand competes in.

What do they do better than you?

 

What are you doing for Brand Awareness?

 

What are you doing for Promotions?

 

What Social Media platforms do you use, how do you use them and how often do you use them?

 

What marketing materials do you use that sell your product or service?

 

How are you seeking referrals from existing customers?

 

What are you doing to improve your product or service?

 

What are you doing to maximize customer retention?

 

Do you have any strategic partners?

 

What are you currently spending on marketing?

 

How do you perceive the effectiveness of your current marketing spend?  Is it something you measure?

 

What are your best performing tactics?
