Since 2015, this partnership has focused on the long term development, positioning, and marketing of a real estate brand that has grown from a local practice into a diversified real estate business operating across multiple segments of the industry.


When we began working together, the business was centered primarily on helping clients buy and sell homes within the local market. The focus at that time was traditional residential real estate, with an emphasis on service, responsiveness, and establishing a strong reputation in the community.


From the beginning, our work included brand development, visual identity creation, and the design of a professional website. That website has been strategically refreshed every two to three years to reflect evolving design standards, user behavior, and market expectations, ensuring the brand remains current and competitive.


To support consistent lead generation and long term visibility, we implemented and maintained a multi channel marketing strategy. This has included direct mail campaigns, billboard advertising, radio advertising, and email marketing systems designed to support both new client acquisition and repeat engagement. These channels have been executed consistently over time, contributing to sustained brand recognition and market presence.


As the business matured, its reach expanded significantly beyond the immediate local market into multiple regions throughout Wisconsin. MSK Realtors now supports clients across a broader geographic region and is consistently among the top sales agents in their local office.


In addition to traditional home sales and purchases, the business has been able to expand into multiple adjacent real estate sectors. This includes the sale of vacation rental properties, involvement in property flipping, ownership of an Airbnb property, and the management of an additional Airbnb on behalf of a client.


The business has also entered the commercial real estate sector, where it now participates in the acquisition, leasing, and sale of commercial properties. This diversification has further strengthened its market position and created additional long term investment opportunities.
