Converting Course Leads | Automated Funnel

This client needed a way to take cold traffic and move it all the way to a booked, qualified conversation without manual follow up or missed opportunities. What they had before was fragmented, which meant leads were slipping through or requiring constant oversight.

What was built is a fully connected funnel that handles the entire journey.


First thing we did was build a landing page designed to drive one action, registration. The copy is concise and the client's reputation and knowledge are supported by testimonials to build trust. From there, users are pushed into a single call to action rather than multiple distractions, which increases conversion into the next step.

Once a prospect takes action, they are immediately routed into a booking flow.

The calendar is integrated directly allowing users to schedule a private coaching call as the first service offered by the client. This reduces drop offs and eliminates the back and forth that typically halts sales

Every lead that enters is captured and pushed into a CRM with automation workflow. These workflows trigger a sequence of follow up emails and actions based on behavior. 

The automation includes multiple touchpoints, timed, and built to keep the lead engaged without manual intervention. The system tracks activity, manages status, and ensures no lead is ignored while keeping the client informed with internal notifications.
